PaywallUnlock accepts a URL and provides links to independent web archives, search engines, and the original publisher. It does not host, reproduce, modify, decrypt, or authenticate into third-party article content.
Third-party services
Archive and search results are operated by third parties. Their availability, accuracy, legality, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. A result appearing here is not an endorsement or a representation that the material is authorized in every jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Do not use this service to violate copyright, contractual restrictions, access controls, privacy rights, or applicable law. Regular readers should support publications and journalists whose work they value.
Privacy
The starter project does not create user accounts or store submitted URLs in a database. Hosting providers may retain ordinary server logs. Add a complete policy naming your hosting, analytics, advertising, and email vendors before launch.
Copyright concerns
Add your business name, mailing address, designated copyright contact, and takedown procedure before publishing. Complaints involving a linked third-party archive may also need to be directed to that archive provider.
